 (Turlock, Ca. December 15, 2016)--- Turlock Express (2-6) is to host El Paso Coyotes (0-6) Friday, December 16th at Turlock Indoor. The game is scheduled to start at 7:05pm and will also be Express’ Christmas Toy Drive with all donations going to the Turlock Together Organization. 

Friday night will be the first time in which both MASL teams will be playing against one another as El Paso is a new addition to the Southwest division this season with a 0-6 record. 

Turlock is undefeated at home with victories against the top 2 leading teams in the Pacific division, San Diego Sockers and Tacoma Stars. Despite such victories, they have not been able to win a game on the road.

Turlock was close to getting their first win on the road Sunday, December 11 against Atletico Baja. Express was leading throughout the whole match until 2 minutes into the 4th quarter. The game was tied by Manuel Cebreros and went into Overtime. Baja capitalized on a play and was able to get the win.

Although The Coyotes have not had a win this season so far, their leading scorer Omar Ledesma who has a total of 7 goals will be the player they will look forward to starting them off Friday night. 

Anibal Echeverria and Martyn Arista who are Express top scorers with 9 goals each will have the opportunity to untie the lead and contribute goals for Express in hopes of getting a win to improve their overall record.
