THE STARS VISIT THE EXPRESS

(TURLOCK, CA., February 20th, 2019)— For the first time this season the Express will be hosting the Tacoma Stars this Friday, February 22nd at the Turlock Indoor. The match is scheduled for kickoff at 7:05pm with doors opening to the public at 6 pm. Tickets for this upcoming match can be purchased online at Turlockexpress.com.

The Turlock Express will enter Friday’s match coming off a 12-8 win over El Paso Coyotes last week while the Tacoma Stars come in looking to get back on a winning streak after falling to the San Diego Sockers back to back who remain up top in the Pacific Division.

The top leaders for The Stars are Nick Perera who has 41 points in the league which consist of 18 goals and 23 assists. Philip Lund comes in with 6 less goals but a still impressive stat record making him an additional player to keep an eye out for.

Express top scorer is Jorge Carmona followed by Omar Tapia who was recently signed on earlier last week to join the Express for the remainder of the season.

Tapia comes in with 10 goals and 9 assists that were all made during his time with El Paso Coyotes.

Having him as the new addition up top for the Express will be an exciting thing to see this Friday as the Express gear up to visit the San Diego Sockers next week.

Friday's game will be live for viewing on MASLTV for all those fans who will not be able to make it out.
