CAL EXPRESS LOOKING FOR SECOND WIN AT HOME
TURLOCK,CA (December 4th, 2019) The Turlock Cal Express (2-0) will be back at home this Friday, December 6th after returning with an exciting win on the road over the San Diego Sockers. This Friday they will be up against the Tacoma Stars (01) for the first time this season and the only time at home.
Kickoff for their upcoming match is at 7:05 pm with tickets available for purchase at Turlock Indoor all week long.
Cal Express will enter the match with two wins that have been quite the impressive start for Turlock after beating two frequent playoff contenders.
Turlock had their worst season last year but has shown to be putting in work under new guidance and with reinforcements this year.
Veteran Adrian Gutierrez has played a great part in their current record success with 2 Goals and 4 assists already. Right behind him however is Manuel Rojo with 4 goals, one being the game winning goal against San Diego.
Others to look out for are Gerardo Jurado and Juan Gonzalez who have also outdone themselves in these past two games. Gonzalez had the OT golden goal against the Kansas City Comets.
Going into this game against the Stars, Turlock will need to stay sharp as Tacoma continues to be lead by the one and only Nick Perera who found the back of the net in their home opener against the Sockers last week.
Danny Waltman who had a great season last year will also be a tough one to have in the box. He has had positive performances in Turlock that kept Tacoma with various leads during previous encounters.
Doors for Friday’s game will open at 6pm. Make sure to follow the Cal Express on all social media platforms to stay connected with the team’s weekly news and game updates. Live Stats for any match can be found at www.maslsoccer.com.
