EXPRESS VISIT THE FURY

(TURLOCK, CA., March 27th , 2019)—  The last road game of the season for the Turlock Express will be this Saturday, March 30th in Ontario, Ca  where the Fury will host the Express at the Citizens Bank Arena. Game time is scheduled at 6 pm with the match available for viewing on MASLTV.

The Express enter Saturday's game with Ontario bagging 4 out of the 5 games they have played so far this season. Although the Fury came up top in those encounters, 3 of the games were well fought out with one goal differentials and two Overtimes.

With the end of the season almost here, The Fury are still in the running for a playoff position in the Pacific Division as they fight the Tacoma Stars for the open spot. Keeping this in mind, the Fury will look to take advantage of any opportunities given on Saturday to take a win and increase their chances.

Turlock will play their reminder of the season to finish it off as they were eliminated weeks prior.

Adrian Pulido for the Express and Victor Quiroz for the Fury will both have to sit this week out to serve a suspension due to point accumulations or a red card.

Top leaders for the Express will be Omar Tapia with 22 goals and 12 assists and Jorge Carmona with 12 goals, 10 assists. For the Fury, Juan Carlos Gonzalez leads his team in goals (16) followed by Maicon de Abreu (15).

The Express will also face one of the Fury’s biggest challenger, Chris Toth who is well respected in the league for his outstanding goalkeeping performances.
