THE FURY VISIT THE EXPRESS

(TURLOCK, CA., January 30th, 2019)— This Friday night the Turlock Express are back at home for some arena soccer action as they host Pacific Division Rivals, The Ontario Fury. Kickoff for the match is scheduled at 7:05 pm at Turlock Indoor located at 500 S. Center St in Turlock, California.

The last time the Fury visited the Express at home things went into Overtime after an equally balanced four quarters were not enough to find a victory. After the added time was up and no golden goal was found they automatically went into shootouts where Jeff Hughes who joined the Fury this season after playing with the San Diego Sockers previously, sealed the deal with his goal.

Jeff Hughes was also a huge contribution that game to the Fury providing two out of the six goals scored. Carlos Manzo from the Express also made sure to contribute the same for the Turlock team.

Since their last encounter, The Fury has signed on new reinforcements, one being an old Express veteran.

Anibal Echeverria recently signed with Ontario after playing with Turlock and Soles de Sonora. Echeverria has played one game so far with the Fury and has shown what he can do up top with a goal already to his name.

The Express will look towards Jorge Carmona and Carlos Manzo who carry the team currently in goals. Defense will also be something to keep in mind as well as faster drawn out plays that will challenge the well known Chris Toth who’s in the box.

Tickets for Friday’s game can be purchased by stopping by at Turlock Indoor or online at TurlockExpress.com.
